Founded in 1994, Riverside REHAB has grown to a staff of nearly thirty professionals. We provide Mental Health Counseling, Medication Management, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Targeted Service Coordination.

Our growth and accomplishments over the years have been great yet we still maintain quality in the services we provide and high professional standards. Riverside is credentialed by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare ensuring compliance with state Medicaid rules as well as high standards of care and best practices.

 

Riverside REHAB operates out of two locations:  7735 W. Riverside Drive houses our clinic where our therapy staff and Practitioners offering Medication Management serve our clients. 7711 W. Riverside is home for our Community-Based Services. It is here that our Psycho Social Rehabilitation and Targeted Case Management workers complete their duties. Both locations comprise a great team of professionals delivering quality mental health services to both adults and children in and around Boise, Idaho. PSR and TCM hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Effective January 2011, the Management team at Riverside has been restructured. Amy Korb, NCC, LSW, CPRP, will assume the position of Program Director for both the Clinical and Community-Based programs at Riverside. She will be assisted by Jerilynn Blum, LCPC, and Debi Scholten, LSW, LPC, in the clinic and Eric Hofer for the community based programs. Riverside’s Clinic services include Therapy and Medication Management for Medicaid participants and private pay clients, ages 5 and up. The Community-Based services offer PSR and Targeted Service Coordination for Medicaid recipients.
Amy Korb, an eight-year veteran of Riverside, has been Program Manager of Riverside’s Community-Based Services for the last two and a half years. She completed her Masters in Counseling from Idaho State University in the spring of 2011. She currently has a license in Social Work and holds certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. Amy maintains her involvement with Boise State School of Social Work and the alumni association.
Jerilynn Blum has been Director of the clinic at Riverside for the last two and a half years. She holds a Masters degree in Art Therapy and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She also is a trained Sandtray Play Therapist with thirteen years of experience in offering this therapeutic modality to adults and children. Jerilynn requested part-time status in order to return to private practice and to create a business offering creative healing arts in Garden City.
Eric Hofer, MA, serves as the Community-Based Services Program Manager. He provides oversight of PSR and Targeted Service Coordination (case management) services being offered by Riverside’s staff of eleven PSR workers. He also markets Riverside’s services in the community. He recently completed his Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Debi Scholten, MA, LSW, LPC, serves as Riverside’s Medicaid Intake Coordinator and program manager of Medicaid services. She oversees bringing clients into services, provides assessments, and coordinates the efforts that ensure requirements are met for maintaining program compliance.
