Dana Hardy Lead Social Worker Dana Hardy, LSW. Leading a team of 5-7 staff, she brings years of experience, knowledge, and warmth to the agency. She demonstrates leadership and professional ability consistently.  Heidi Price Lead Social Worker Heidi Price, LSW. Leading a team of 5-7 staff, she brings over 20 years experience working with those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Heidi is a strong leader who helps others to create and maintain skills to do quality work. Heidi was recently awarded the employee appreciation award for Riverside Rehab.

 

 


  • Riverside Community Based programs currently has thirteen knowledgable professionals with over sixty years combined experience. Our team is dedicated to providing quality mental health services. We work with others to help them achieve their goals. Our staff includes three bilingual professionals to help those whose primary language is other than English. We have both females and males on staff who serve the needs of children and adults. Our staff is experienced in:
