Founded in 1994, Riverside REHAB has grown to a staff of nearly thirty professionals. We provide Mental Health Counseling, Medication Management, Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Targeted Service Coordination.

Our growth and accomplishments over the years have been great yet we still maintain quality in the services we provide and high professional standards. Riverside is credentialed by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare ensuring compliance with state Medicaid rules as well as high standards of care and best practices.

 

Riverside REHAB operates out of two locations:  7735 W. Riverside Drive houses our clinic where our therapy staff and Practitioners offering Medication Management serve our clients. 7711 W. Riverside is home for our Community-Based Services. It is here that our Psycho Social Rehabilitation and Targeted Case Management workers complete their duties. Both locations comprise a great team of professionals delivering quality mental health services to both adults and children in and around Boise, Idaho.
