Doctor Richard Montgomery provides medical oversight for our clinical services.

- Gayle Detweiler, PA. Gayle completed her undergraduate and graduate trainings at Temple University in Philadelphia. Her physician assistant training was completed in Baltimore. Gayle moved to Boise ten years ago to enjoy the beautiful wilderness that Idaho has to offer. She worked in hospitals and clinics before finding her niche in psychiatry seven years ago. Gayle enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, and watching her dogs frolic. She approaches psychiatric care holistically believing that medication works best if it is coupled with therapy, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. Detwieler’s goal in her practice is to offer professional advice on various medications and educate the client as needed. “Ultimately, it is the client who decides on their course of care.”
Julie Schrader, NP. Julie is a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Stony Brook University in New York. Additionally, she has twenty four years of experience as a psychiatric nurse both in Baltimore and the Boise area. She works with children, adolescents and adults.
