-

Eric Hofer, M.A. was promoted to Riverside's Community-Based Services Program Manager December 2010. Eric has worked at Riverside for the past two and one-half years as a PSR/CM worker. Eric's experience in the field will provide insight to helping Riverside continue its success working with mental health clientelle. We are excited to have this growth opportunity and fortunate to be able to promote from within Riverside.
A recent graduate of Gonzaga University, Eric obtained his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. During his academic pursuit, Riverside generously allowed Eric to conduct a communication audit during the Fall of 2009 and a more complex comparative study during the Fall of 2010. The data generated was invaluable. Eric looks forward to continuing this trend with the company through qualitative and quantitative analysis of both employee and client satisfaction surveys.
In his new role, Eric will be inheriting an extremely successful program that prides itself on high ethical standards and quality service delivery of PSR and TSC (CM). Eric is eager to contribute to Riverside’s growth through quality leadership, preservation of professional relationships with staff and clients, and achievement of organizational goals that will sustain the success that Riverside Rehab has carried for over a decade. Asked about his thoughts on his new position, Eric shares his philosophy that, “Quality service delivery is not only discovered through actions, but also through the effort of solid marketing efforts.” He looks forward to maintaining current relationships with community providers and building more to spread the word of the excellent mental health services that Riverside Rehab offers.
