Joyce Hickerson, MS, RNCS brings twenty years of experience working with children and adults to Riverside Rehab, Counseling, Clinic, and Community-Based Services. Joyce is a certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health. She enjoys working with people who “choose to make changes and are seeking growth in their personal lives.” Joyce’s background in hospice provides her with a skill-set for clients dealing with grief and loss. Joyce also facilitates clients working through abuse and domestic violence issues. Demonstrating her diversity, she is well-skilled in childhood therapies including Play Therapy and Sandtray.
